You can start for free for 15 days. If you have not purchased a plan, after 15 days, your website will stop working. If you are on a paid plan and want to stop services, there is no refund after 15 days. If you cancel the services within 15 days of your month start, the prorated amount would be credited back to your account for the days left in the month.

If you do not bring your own Payment Gateway keys, ReviewNPrep default keys can be used. For our keys used, the payment is made 30 days from the day of purchase, at the start of each month.

We take security seriously. ReviewNPrep stores all your content securely on AWS. The videos are stored securely on AWS S3 and encrypted at rest. No video downloader can download and play video content streamed natively within the platform using our custom player.

Yes! Once you subscribe to our paid plans, you can link your own domain name (website URL of your choice).

Yes! Our Basic and Pro Plans have 100% white labeling.

The creators/authors who upload the content have 100% ownership of their content.

If the usage of any of the Unlimited variables (Number of Registered Users, Visitors to your website, Number of Content Uploads, Number of Instructors, etc) reaches unusually high levels (i.e., in the 99th percentile of all ReviewNPrep users), we do require that they work with our team to transition to a custom plan. If this occurs, someone on our team will reach out to you about next steps. It’s worth noting that most accounts on ReviewNPrep would really never reach this threshold.
